Up for sale: Team Gemini Light Brigade Medium. OD G-10, muddy blade. Comes with a pretty darn nice plywood-lined sheath I made, 12 oz. leather, double stitched. There's coating smoothing. I polished the edge with a paper wheel. It's nice and sharp. Never been whaled on. Never been stuck in anybody's guts.

Beautiful knife! I wish I could, but I can't afford that beauty right now. I was wondering though, if you could explain more about the plywood sheath lining and maybe post some pics. Thanks!

Well Mister Mouse, I made it out of 1/4" plywood. I got my trusty router out and made two bookmatched blade-shaped slots in the plywood at a depth of half of the blade thickness. I cut down between them, slapped them together with some glue, and lo and behold, a wooden scabbard. I shaped and rounded the outside of it, wet-stretched the leather over it and sewed it up using heavy waxed linen thread. I fine tuned the retention with a flat file- it was a bit tight at first, which is what caused the coating smoothing. It fits just about exactly right with no rattle and no effort to insert. I added a Chicago screw near the mouth of the sheath so that the talon hole projection cams against it to provide a nice *click* when you insert the knife, and also to provide adjustable retention.
