I was gonna send this back to benchmade to have them fix it, but someone told me since im not LEO they wont send it back to me. Anyway, a little bit of the tip has been broken off, it can be reground. Also the coating has alot of wear. The handles have dings around the edges, and the clip, has wear on it, the silver is showing on the edges. It works perfect, the spring is very strong. This one has the safety, so you can lock it open, or lock it closed, so it cant open in your pocket. If you have an LEO friend he could send it in, and have it fixed, or if you have a dealer in your area. They might even send out a new one.
