This was a user before I bought it and I used it myself for a few weeks. Functions perfectly and has never misfired. Grips and clip have some handling marks and the blade has been used and sharpened, but is still sharp. No box but original pouch is included if you prefer belt carry. Great, solid back-up knife on the cheap.
