This one was Double Cut with Black handles but I took some paper to it and put a shine on it. Not mirror finish but close. One side is nicer than the other now that I look at it. Sold as is...as in needs a sharpening...maybe not...depends on how sharp you like to keep them. On the shinner side the paper took down the edge grind some right at the tip...need to put that on a stone and draw that back....
