They were. I am the 2nd owner, the first owner removed the "snakeskin" and smoothed them up.

FWIW, those look more like tiger than snake. Snake has very light colored threads in it. And the resin layers are thicker. I'm color-blind, so I could be wrong, but that sure looks like tigerhide to me.

Just to clarify, this is actually the Red/Black G-10 .22" warden. But when I sanded the handles down, it made it look a lot like Tigerhide. I hope that helps.

What is the length of the blade?
