So where are all the pics and vids of our INFI in action? Seems like things have been slow lately. Too much holiday prep perhaps. I am just as guilty. But you know what they say, "All work and no play makes..."!

Trux59 and I went hunting this weekend, didn't bag any deer, but the three in the hunting party shot 9 feral hogs. 1- Friday afternoon, 5- Saturday morning (at one stand, by me :D), and 2- Saturday afternoon.

I have photos of the cleaning, using my FBM (which 'zipped' like a skinning knife should) to skin and butcher. Chopped through the femur without chipping or rolling the edge. Less than 10 strokes per side of the blade with the ceramic sticks had it back to shaving. :thumbup: Did scrape a bit of the black coating off both sides, but the results were worth it. I've never chopped through a bone like that before. INFI ROCKS!

Made a believer out of Trux's Father, and even myself... I thought there would be more effect on the edge than there was... Absolutely NO - ZERO - rolling or chipping of the edge.

Good stuff - have pics of the harvest and Busse action, worried about the more queasy...

I washed it after butchering the _ _ _ _... But I think Rosie could smell pig on it... :o
