Crushed pork rinds, almond flour, parm cheese, two eggs, heavy cream ...bake for 45min
Mouth just started watering. I haven't had rabbit in forever. Probably 35 years. Married a northern girl who won't even consider it. Took me forever to get her eating adventurous seafood. Grew up strictly beef and potatoes.
