Mouth just started watering. I haven't had rabbit in forever. Probably 35 years. Married a northern girl who won't even consider it. Took me forever to get her eating adventurous seafood. Grew up strictly beef and potatoes.View attachment 1744388
Crushed pork rinds, almond flour, parm cheese, two eggs, heavy cream ...bake for 45min
As in the urge to get to the loo?I can't eat rabbit anymore. Every time I did, my legs would get jumpy.
I got the impression from looking at the meat that these are farm raised, look awful marbled for a wild animal especially one that's typically quite lean.Really great videos. I can’t believe you can still get rabbits to come around. Seems like word would have spread by now and they would avoid your place like the plague.

All raised in my backyard. Suburban Homestead...I got the impression from looking at the meat that these are farm raised, look awful marbled for a wild animal especially one that's typically quite lean.
Very cool!Never butchered a rabbit but did decapitate a coyote once with a Battle Rat
