Using Parks quenchants

I have a gallon each of Parks #50 and AAA quenchants on their way from Darren (thanks!), and I'm looking for the optimal formula for using these oils.

My two steels right now are O1 and 1084. Should I be using the AAA for the O1 and the #50 for the 1084? What is the optimal temperature for the oil at the quench?

I'd very much appreciate a "recipie" for getting maximum hardness out of both of these steels. I am triple normalizing prior to heat treatment, and I have a decent amount of control over my forge temps. Using a muffle and pyrometer I can hold the temperature to within 20 degrees of my target--as long as I don't walk away from the valve. :)

Yes - AAA for O1 and #50 for 1084.
The #50 is a fast oil, approximating the speed of water at "room temperature". For that, I usually heat to 100 degrees. I figure on a hot day in July, room temp might be as high as 100 degrees!! So, I use that for my temp year 'round.
On the AAA, I shoot for 150 F. Get good results at that temp.
