Hey I actually caught a live critter this time. Its so mean though I dont know what to do with it

First time Ive set one of these up. I really like it. Seems simpler than a FIG 4 and maybe faster. I think it may become my favorite dead fall. And that length and strength of cordage wouldnt be hard to come up with.

Nice job. Paiute deadfalls are one of my favorite over all traps... I think they are much easier to set that the fig.4 they are also just really Neat

Sure seemed alot easier to trigger than my normal FIG 4. I could have made it even more sensative I think.

I am enjoying your other videos of the Appalachian Trail. I have done a lot of paddling ay the NOC and it was always cool to see the hikers come off the mountain with the excitement of a hot meal and a shower. Very cool.

I swear I could smell the food cooking from a mile and a half away I had a huge burger and about 10 refills of Coca Cola there at the resteraunt just down from the hostel rooms. The next morning I ate a giant plate of biscuits and gravy, then set off to climb the jump up....not recommended!!!!:barf::barf::barf:
