USMC KA-BAR quandary

Hi I'm new to the forum and have a question maybe some one can help me with.I recently picked up a Ka-bar marked USMC said to be post WWII. Blade , guard and pommel parkerized . Thin leather handle with black spacers at guard and pommel.3/8 inch pommel rectangular tang thru pinned pommel. My quandry is I thought all post war repros had the pommels blind pinned. Also the clip seems to be factory sharpened. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Pics needed for definitive IDs. As a registered member. You can't post pics directly, but you can use a hosting site such as flickr, google photos, photobucket, etc. Hopefully we can get it sorted out and ID'd.
