USPS cant seem to stop losing my stuff

I think someone at the main Post Office in San Antonio, Tx is doing some x-mas shopping at thier work. In the past month I've ordered items from two diffrent companys Best Buy and Cold Steel the Best Buy order went out on Oct 24th and left Dallas, TX on the 27th and was never seen again it's next stop was to be the main post office in SA, the second order from Cold Steel was dropped at the same post office on the 10th of this month and hasnt arrived either. Now consider that it takes me about 10-15mins to get to that post office by car, and the fact that my town dont have that many people getting mail that there would be enough room on the truck to get it to me. The first time I asked they said that parcel post is only put on if they have enough room on the truck, the best buy order was for 2 dvds that comes in a box the size of a thin hardback book. The Cold Steel order was larger but it's only 3 items you would think it wouldnt be a big deal. I've already called the postal inspectors and I hope they are as tough as I've heard, and I called USPS's 1-800 number and filed a complaint.
 
Good move complaining through the Inspectors. They are the best bet if theft is involved. If it's just sloppy operations, they'll send in their auditors and make life miserable for that post office, too. :)

If no one complains, the problems just continue.
 
I have never once had any trouble with the Postal system. Sorry to hear about the BS you are having to put up with. Hope your stuff turns up, but I kind of doubt it. Sure would be nice to be wrong though.
 
I have never had any problems with USPS but I guess its like everything else,its the people that work at any given location that make the differance.
