Northstar yellow scales with black liner with matching firesteel, used RAT-1 folder but in great shape and lastly I ordered from DLT Bravo-1 & PSK both matching Green micarta...:D

Nice haul there man  I like the matching Bravo, PSK and ferro rod.

I'm jealous...
Who made that Bravo sheath you got from DLT? Is it from JRE industries?
Also, that PSK is nice. Do you think it would be comfortable in a front cargo pants pocket. What kind of loop is on the back?

black leather from dlt and it is a lefty as is the psk sheath, the psk also came with a kydex to be used as a necker. The northstar is my second so I compared it to the yellow one and take a look.

small belt loop on the sheath just like the mikro canadain.Yes it will be a great pocket knife,I like the psk over the mikro because it has a flat handle, ride better and more comfy in your pocket or around the neck, flatter design and like all barkies it is wicked sharp !!!!!!!

Thanks Guys.....Gotta go to the Hardware store and buy some small screws & nylon lock nuts to mount the psk to the bravo and the mikro to the northstar....now i need another small brk&t blade with yellow scales to mount up with the yellow northstar.LOL!

Tony, your wife is going to kill you with all of these purchases. Great haul! I have to disagree on the PSK vs. the mikro. The super thin scales on the PSK just didnt feel right to me and was tough to get a good hold on it. The mikro canadian feels great in the hand and makes you want to cut stuff up. They both felt the same in the back pocket, but when it comes to using it I prefer the mikro all day long.

Sweet Barkies!!! They are some of my favourite production fixed blades:thumbup: That PSK looks great.....I think it is on my short list for this year.

Sucker! I keep my love life and knife life separate. She doesnt know about the knives, and the knives dont know about her.

Wish I could have done that, but my better half is the keeper of all the cash. :thumbdn: My knife fund is hidden, but is only replenished when I do some side jobs. I'm running out of excuses when I bring home a new blade. ahh, eerrrr, honey don't you remember that old knife, I traded that for this new one? hehehe.

LOL...why lie , I did all of that and never works out.....sooner or later the lies caught up and that old knife don't work for me ,everything I have been getting in is NIB, My wife likes knives but does not understand more than one? why do you need more than this one or that one....I love knives like you love Shoes or clothes or purses, I mean come on how many purses do you really need and that usually stops the conversastion..LOL!

I hear you and I have ceased the fibbing. I have come to the decision that I will not be buying anything in the near future as I have enough quality steel to last a few lifetimes. Its more of an addiction that I need to quit cold turkey.

I have been picking up tools here and there and have started to create my own blades via stock removal. My first project was a chef knife converted to a bushcraft style for my 6 year old daughter. It turned out pretty good its just a thin blade (2.5mm maybe). I have some 1/4 inch 1095 coming in this week and that will be my first true test. Why buy when you can make exactly what you want.

the yellow north star is thicker than the black&green micarta 1st production northstar, don't know why being I have not been into brk&t than long.

man.. that is a great haul indeed..... my wife would have skinned me with one of those knives, had i gotten all of them all at once....

cool northstar... i have one in osage and mosaic pins....:D i also have one of the first production runs of the PSK... i like the new ones a bit better, the scales seem to be a bit more rounded....
