Agreed.
About 15 years ago I opened my first courier account - with Purolator. Had a question about sending a package the first day I had the account and got such attitude from their phone rep I cancelled the account immediately and opened a FedEx account within the hour. Have been a happy FedEx customer ever since. (I doubt whether my decision affected the bottom-line at Purolator too much, but through FedEx I shipped 52 print ads to 52 cities every other week for 5 years - and they seemed quite happy to get my business!)
Only one problem: I was told this morning that they won't insure anything for more than $500. - art knives, high-end watches, jewellery, etc.
