as far as replacing the guts in a watch anything is possible but it gets to the point that it becomes a case of $100 in a $50 watch. i'd try one again though.

I have 3 Kommandirskies. Two which are recent production and a vintage Soviet era one. The quality on them is very good and they are comfortable watches to wear. I enjoy them a lot.
