Utility-Bushcraft with convex edge in 1095

Specs:

3/32 inch thick 1095 high carbon steel differentially heat treated with a simple temper line. The edge is hardened to ~60-61Rc, tip 55Rc and spin in the high 40s Rc.

Handle is Koa wood scales on the knifes full tang which fits comfortably in the hand.

The blade has been convex ground and is 4.3 inches long from tip to wood.

Overall Length about 9.2 inches

8/9oz tooled and stitched brown leather pouch sheath (shown)

Hello Joe, thanks and yeah your right most of the bushcrafters I see are scandi. In fact I'm making a couple now with scandi and they are my first.

Thanks bacustomknives, with the thin blade it really does some serious slicing. I use one like this to cutt leather for the sheaths with and it goes through like butter.
