I had an urge to build a short series of 4 knives using the same basic handle design and materials; just changing the blade shapes. Originally I planned to handle them in oak, but after experimenting with some burlap "micarta", an idea I got from a Swedish knifemaker, I thought I'd do that instead. Before describing the knives for sale I'd like to point out that these handles are NOT rough in texture, They're finished to 320#, but this material acts more like an organic version of G-10 than canvas micarta. Nice grip material though; it grips even better when wet.
The four knives look like this, but the semi-skinner is sold.

All these knives came out with the exact same in specs, which just amazed the heck out of me, but makes them easy to describe:

Blade styles: Spear, clip and drop points.
Handle: Brass bolsters with N/S pins. Burlap Jcarta scales with brass/stainless loveless bolts and 1/8 inch brass pinwork and brass lanyard tube liner. Red/black spacers and red liners.
Blade length/width: 4 5/8" x 1 1/4"
OAL: 8 3/4"
weight: 7.5 oz
Sheath: 8/10 oz veggie tanned bridle leather. Saddle stitched with blade welt and waterproofed with Sno-seal.
Price: $180.00 USD. Includes postage CONUS. Other postage at whatever the going rate is. Check/MO/paypal is fine....no fees. Contact/paypal is joelcb@pennswoods.net. Thanks for looking.

Great looking EDCs for those who carry them! Nice design and the material choice looks about perfect (persanal bias against Brass). Steven
