Another one forged from 52100.

Forged to shape from 52100 steel bar to 5/64" thickness. Thin and light, it will be a great kitchen tool.
It feels great in the hand and it's razor sharp.

Flats are left raw, soaked in vinegar and wire brushed after forging.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are hand sanded with 600 grit.

Details:

Overall length - 10,5"
Blade length - 5,5"
Blade width - 1,4"
Thickness at the back of the spine -5/64"
Tang tapers to 3/64" at the end
The knife weights 5,35 oz and with sheath is 7,34oz

Handle material:Great looking piece of Textolite (30+ years old phenolic micarta), red G10 liners, carbon fiber pins.

Handmade 4mm thick (0,16") vegetable leather sheath, no belt loop, just a blade protection.

Awesome knife, Dalibor. I was on here this morning seeing if you had anything up, saw the hunter repost, but must have just missed this one! Congrats to the new owner!

Thank you very much. Some more interesting knives will follow :)

Man I like that a lot! Could you replicate those scales on another knife?
