Utility Neck Knife Kydex Sheath Replacement

I purchased both a Fang Neck knife and a Utility Neck Knife. The blades are wonderful. However, the Kydex sheath for the Utility is considerably looser than the Hobbit Knife sheath. Actually, the sheath is so loose that the blade keeps falling out.

I have sent several E-mails to REKAT.com and received no response whatsoever. Who can I talk with about either getting or buying a replacement.

No wounder no reply our email address is roundeye@nidlink.com. Yoy can adjust the sheath with a hair drier or a bic lighter. Heat till it get flexable then slightly ad tension.
