Hello everybody,

This is my new work, now it is only handle with aluminum model of blade.
Recently, I am not making blades, so I am looking for a Damascus or woods blade that not becomes so rusty. I like Harvey Dean style.

Blade: aluminum model….
Handle: old pre ban elephant carving , green colored mammoth bone, natural amber, mother-of-pearl .
Guard : 925 Silver casting.

Very beautiful design and carving, Vladimir, my friend!

This is the third one of your Frog handle knives, isn't it?
I have displayed two older ones in one of my books....

All the best,
David Darom (ddd)

Here are two more of Vladimir Burkovski's realistic carvings
of frogs on knife handles.

that's beautiful

Beautiful carving Vladimir. Those look like tree frogs with the suction cups on their toes.

Exceptional detail and worthy of a fine blade to complete the knife.

Thanks for posting it.

Peter

Fantastic! Love the frog's eye peeking out of the tangle in the lower picture....:D

Have you ever done any netsuke-style carvings? I'm very sure they would be superb. ;)
