For Sale is my Vallotton & Diskin Model VD-PS Double Action Automatic. This is the beautiful anodized blue scaled iteration. This knife is a fantastic specimen. The fit and finish is outstanding. I have never carried it or cut anything with it. It has been stropped and that's it. Otherwise the edge is original. The blade is dead centered and the manual action is SMOOTH. It takes barely a nudge with your thumb to open it. The automatic firing is via the hidden scale release. Push the right scale toward the back spacer and bam. Fast and solid deployment. No one would ever know except those who understand. In the blade close ups you can see some faint opposite direction scratch marks but they are more noticable with the camera than the naked eye and have been there since first purchased. I have never cut anything with this knife nor carried it. It was purchased NIB. This is a very elegant knife in person. On one of the blade closeups the spec is just lint. The blade steel is AUS-10. It's not marked but if you do your homework you'll learn this knife is AUS-10. Lockup is super early.
