Do you get to use the smaller Backwoods much? I don't see it in many pics?

He looks happier already - I guess it rubs off!
Congrats, Fes! I'm sure he picked the right Dad!
May your futures both be bright!
Not an entry, but a heartfelt - I AM HAPPY FOR YOU!

You know, you are lucky!

My uncle spent 60K and the court awarded custody back to his ex, after she and her 3rd husband were charged with child abuse of those very same kids! He went to prison, she went to years of parenting and anger management classes.

That same judge ordered him to pay child support, even though she was 40K behind on hers (never paid a dime in 15 years!).

Then got remarried to some one with much deeper pockets. They won the rematch. After all the money, she kicked the kids back out after a few weeks proved too much for her to handle!

Enjoy your boy! My older just turned 8 today!

Thanks for the giveaway!

Best news i have heard in a long time, Fes. Congratz mate.

I would love to enter your Give away please.

Sincere and heartfelt congratulations Fes. I'm glad this is over for you and your boy. Well done my friend. I love to read about how you raise your lad, if I wasn't so old and ugly I'd put myself up for adoption! :D

Please count me in, it'd be an honour to carry one of your knives, and whoever wins will be another lucky guy :)

Big  from Yorkshire Fes :)

Jack

FES, I can't even imagine how difficult these past years have been for you, and the wearying barrage of emotions you've experienced in seeing this through (with no assurance whatsoever of a "through" that would be bearable).

It makes me appreciate all the more your contributions and generosity here.

Thanks for the giveaway! Please don't count me in, as I'd have no idea what to do with such a knife(!).

I mostly just wanted to offer you my congratulations and gratitude to you, for you.

~ P.

FES, I know what it's like to work so hard for something you want, I can't imagine being in your position, I'm just glad my daughter's 22 and there was never a battle for her, she was lucky, I'm still married to my wife and my daughter still lives home, with her boyfriend living here too.

Your boy's lucky to have you as his Old Man, enjoy what you've worked so hard to get you deserve him.

Don't forget little boys still need thier moms, congrats and thanks for the chance at a great knife.

Congratulations Fez to you and your bright-eyed son on your court victory. The relief must be overwhelming.
Thanks for the good spirited giveaway and a chance to win!

Can't imagine what the last five years have been like for you. Well done FES, congratulations on your achievement. I have too many fixed blades so this is not an entry, and once again well done mate!

Not an entry, but I do want to wish you a big congratulations on your long battle. Nothing is as important as your child. Good for you Fes, and a generous give away.

Carl.

As a lawyer (the transactional, not litigator, kind) I have a fair idea of the hurdles you may of faced. Congratulations. On this US Father's Day weekend, your son will slways know you will fight for him.
