Did you check if you do not have a burned fuse ?
There must be have a fuse in the controlling box ?

Bummer Nathan,

Of course....check all the connections to be sure that they are tight. ...I'm sure you've already done this though.

Here is a company that I have used for repairing DC drives:

Quality Industrial Electronics
8642 W. Market St
Greensboro, NC 27409

(336) 665-1999

They've done 2 for me with great service.

Hopefully you won't need them.

Good Luck,
Rob

Nathan,

The same thing happened with me (the symptoms were the same, at least). It was my controller, and QIE fixed up it for me.
The light tells you you have power on the supply side. Check your fuses and connections, as was mentioned. If everything appears in order, you may want test the motor. It's probably not a good idea due to the wrong voltage, but I bypassed my controller briefly to ensure I wasn't sending the controller out for no reason. Perhaps someone has a suggestion for testing the motor properly without the use of the controller.

Check your warranty agreement first. You may get it fixed for free.

To check the electronics sometimes you can see when they don't work because they over heat and turn black etc. Make sure the power is off before you open the cover.

This is not much help but it may save a bit of time cheking the motor.

Good luck with it.
