Has anybody Done any forging of 3v in round bar

I haven't heard of any one but this is the instructions I got from Crucible.
Heat slowly and uniformly
to 1900F-2100F do not forge below 1850F
Process anneal
heat to 1650F hold for 2 hr.
slow cool at 25deg per hr to 1100F then air cool.
