VA Knifemakers

Are there any knifemakers in the Virginia Beach/Hampton roads area? Also, does anyone know where to take knifemaking classes in this area?

You've got a good number of talented makers in your area. As for classes, I don't know of anything in the VA beach area, but my blacksmith guild holds a class once a year in Westminster, MD.

Thanks everyone. I have contacted Stacy and it looks like we will be meeting soon. He is talking about a hammer in sometime when the weather gets warmer. I will let everyone know if and when.

Jim, that's a little far for regular get togethers. But, i'm always interested in meeting other knife guys. I'll contact you when i have some extra time. Thanks again.
