Just a good word for Matt Townsend at Valhalla Custom Kydex. I ordered a pancake style left hand kydex sheath for a Ka-Bar, and it's an extremely well done. Excellent fit and retention that will not let the knife fall out no matter how hard you shake it inverted, yet slides right out when you push your thumb against the part molded around the guard.
Time from order to arrival was 11 days, but that included a 3 day holiday weekend.
And while it's made to fit the standard Ka-Bar, it holds the new Doghead Utility, with it's smaller guard just fine. (It will not work properly with the D2 Extreme version's guard)
