Has anyone ever had a problem with the customer service aspect from this company? A friend purchased a golok as a gift for me and it seems that their lack of communication is less than desirable (non existent) has anybody else had this problem with them? Or is this their normal practice? I wouldn't mind a long shipping delay but at least answer an email or two.
 
Thanks for the info I'm just wondering how long before it'll be shipped and his company's back on track.

Bill's a good guy with a good company, and I know will do right by his customers once this problem gets squared away.

Hopefully he will get back to you ASAP with clear communication on your order so you know what to expect and when.

Is there or has there been a change to the computer status of this company. I still haven't received an email from them.
