I was fortunate to meet his rodentness in person. He had a lot of love. Dave was a survivor of the beruit barracks bombings in the 80s and lived with survivor guilt every day. He never wore it on his sleeve. He was a quiet man in person. Almost awkward in his own skin, but with a close group of friends he came out of his shell with funny stories and jokes....It was an honor to know him.
