Anybody know how Dave is doing, for some strange reason I woke up thinking about him last night & using the search have not been able to find a recent update.
 
You might have seen this, in case you didn't; on 04-11-2006 kamkazmoto posted this:

Just talked to Dave and he sounds good. His computer has some problems so he has trouble logging on. He is still pretty much housebound and dependant on a Taxi to get him around. The upside of it is that the taxi drives is a pretty good looking single woman. Go Get Um Dave.

He just had a bad fall when I entered the forum. Was so busy figuring out what & where to look that I really didn't get the story. Was it a brain injury ? Understand he had some lean times but his friends helped him as friends do.

Dave was having problems with his back and hip when his wife died in a car accident. Two weeks after his wifes death, he had his first stroke. He still suffers from what he calls mini strokes. He is one tough SOB

Dave is a former Marine. It'll take more than what life has thrown at him so far, to get the better of him. :)
 
Hey Guys...

Yaa Hope he is doing OK...

Called him several months ago,,not sure if he remembered me..
Only met Dave once at Blade,spent a bit of time with him..
He's a cool Shit...

JHC, I hope he recovers. I never met him and I hadn't posted much since I joined. Didn't know the story until this thread filled in some blanks. I wish him a successful recovery and better luck. Prayers are out to him.
