This is being posted as a negative response against Vancouver Tactical & Supplies. I ordered a knife(Sheffield mod 4) and it was received on Feb. 27th. The money was taken out on my debit cardon the 27th. I haven't received not even a response oyjer than the initial order since the 27th. Upon trying to make restitutions, I was informed that I could get my money back, by mailing the knife back to them. If I had the nife then I would have no problems. I know that they're in Canada, but they have a lot of positive feedback. If I ever get my knife or my money back(haha)I will change my feedback to a positive one(or a feedback befitting their service. I am writing you this letter to let you know that Vancouver Tactical made it right by sending the Sheffield mod 4 out.. Thjey took about 3 wees. I finally found out that it wasn't Vancouver was not at fault, but it was customs fault by holding the knife.
