....I fell for the same thing off fleabay too...I was "told" it was the real McCoy by the seller when I inquired about the steel but when it arrived...no marking on the backside....I tried to get in touch with the seller for a return only to be told "All Sales Final"....oh well, live and learn...

Your seller was very missinformed about the "All Sales Final" crud. If the item is not what the seller says it is, PayPal will refund your money after you send it back. You have to file an item "significantly not as described" dispute. If you use PayPal, there is no All Sales Final clause in the listing that overrides PayPal's policy no matter what the seller thinks.
I won my dispute in short order, but I decided to keep the knife. I didn't close the dispute until PayPal finally closed it several weeks later, so PayPal locked up his account until it was over. I wouldn't normally do anything like that, but the seller was a real jerk.
