Hi all,
Please be 21 to purchase and know your local knife laws. Price includes shipping (US only, please). I reserve the right to sell to whomever I choose, but generally the first “I’ll take it” here followed by a PM gets the knife. Given the change in PayPal tax policies, I prefer F&F, though will accept G&S. I hope my feedback supports F&F as a viable option. No PP comments please. All come with boxes/etc. Thanks for looking!
Nice one up for grabs today:
Varga VBR (denim micarta): I'm the second owner of this one, sold to me as NIB, and I have no reason to doubt that. Very comfortable in hand -- the denim micarta has a softness to it that is quite nice. You can see that some of the micarta darkened up from light handling -- I usually rub in a thin coat of mineral oil to even out the appearance of micarta handles, but I haven't done that in this case. The photos show how the micarta will appear when dry/not oiled vs how it will darken with time and use. Really great micarta, if you ask me. Solid action, centering, lockup. Beautiful compound grind. Manufactured by Reate, with typical Reate fit and finish. Just not for me, unfortunately, so along it goes. Asking Sold for this one.
Thanks for looking!
