Hey guys!
I dont often make kitchen knives but when i do i have a good time with it
This was meant for prepping veg and butchering, it does it very well. its a hearty blade for getting through the hard veggies. balance is .5" infront of the handle scale.

OAL 15"
Blade 9.5"
CPM154
60HRC
.20" thick with a full flat chisel grind
Toxic G-10 textured scales for when the hands get wet and slippy.
Hand signed
this will be the only one like this that i will be making.
Its sharp!
