Velcro,snaps,or clip?

Which do you prefer in a sheath, velcro,snaps,or just the plaind ol pocket clip?Being around chippers all day, I tend to find myself feeling for my endura all the time to make sure the chipper hasn`t gobbled it up.I just recently recieved one of those sideways pouches and find it suitable.Its got the velcro.I then had to buy a knife to fit it....=].So what do you prefer?

About the velcro or snaps....
I have always hated any kind of snap or closure on a knife.. I know in some cases it's needed with regular sheaths,, but I avoid them if at all possible..

With the sheaths I build,,there is no need for snaps or closures of any kind,, at least on the majority of blades.. Even pocket knives...

I carry my Gerber tool in a G-string, which is a narrow band of material form fitted to the tool,,and there is no need for a snap of any kind...Even upside down...

I prefer a snap where suitable, velcro tends to wear out quickly and I prefer a leather sheath in any case.
