...what else does a person need? This is just ground venison, mixed with 25% bacon, and grilled. If you hunt deer, and haven't done it, I highly recommend it.





Loving the 14, although I can't wait for the Skystorm sheath to arrive. Just a well-executed, balanced, EDC blade.

I may have to pull a roll of deer meat out of the freezer and give this a shot. Never even thought of it.

Nobody will be mad if you wake them up to the smell of bacon. Trust me;) they can only shower you with praise at that point.

Ha - well, hopefully everyone is up now.

The theme continues for me this morning. Hey, Beckers and bacon isn't a bad theme. Didn't manage to work Bambi into the rotation this morning, but its gonna be ok.



 
I'm definetly gonna try the vension and bacon burger. Great idea. All i usually do with venison is cook strips in skillet with onions and peppers with ,wirchestershire,garlic powder,garlic pepper,teriakyi,and saracha sauce that's pretty good. Gonna make some italian and polish sausage in the summer at somebody's house that has a grinder. Here's some jerky i made right after shot buck. First attempt making jerky good but not as crispy as i make it now.

Mmmm.... BACON!!!

Lucky for me, I've got pork ribs fresh off the grill with homemade barbeque sauce, potato salad and all the extras. Just put a brisket on to slow cook for a few hours. Mmm mmmm mmmmmm!:D
 
Just grabbed some butterfly backstrap from the freezer. I'm thinking bacon wrapped backstrap fried breakfast steak. Ill update in the
AM.
 
I always have pork added to my venison hamburg at the butchers. Adding bacon would be really expensive.
 
Venison burgers and becker. Didn't have any bacon unfortunately, but it is a newish becker and the burgers were delicious
