Venturi Burner Orientation

Everyone,
I recently got my uncle interested in the whole idea of a forge, and he promptly ordered 2 T-Rex burners. I recently showed him the design on here for Eric Fleming's table forge, and he fell in love. Our joint question is whether a veturi type, and, more specifically, a T-rex burner will work upside down. Thanks,

Venturis will work upside down. Sideways, at any angle.
