Did they all start out as something else? I'm thinking the folder is a worked over Fox and that fixed blade was a Swamp Rat Camp Tramp with a new handle and guard added. Got no guess on the ax though.

Unlikely, the folder is stamped Italy which is why I guessed at Fox. However, the stamp doesn't look at all right for Fox, it looks more Asian. And I can't make out what is written above it.

I think the ax head is originally from a larger tool.

I'm guessing that they are all miniatures. The grain in the axe handle is pretty coarse and the nail groove on the folder is enormous.

That makes perfect sense - Look at the size of the nail knick in the folder, it's about as long as the blade itself.

Yes it is, but check annual rings in this trunk! Its almost 180 years old and the axe handle is bigger

PB Wilson - YES, they are miniatures.
Folder is made in Maniago, Italy, Bowie and axe I made myself.
Piece of wood in the third picture is also interesting. It is a spruce, 180 years old and with diameter of only 7,5 cm. It was growing in a moor.
