Verify my belt purchase please.

My Craftsman 2x42 is in route and I will take delivery tomorrow according to the tracking #. Also, my steel arrived from Jantz yesterday.. I couldn't stop tinkering with it. Callipers, 123 block on the way.

I need to order belts now. I've been learning from YouTube, specifically the Wheeler and Fisk videos.

Here is my list. I am ordering from trugrit.com based on recommendation. I was planning on ordering one of each.

I think your belt selection is fine to get you started. Personally, I like the Norton Norzon for my zirc belts and I don't go to a/o until 400 grit except for the Gators. One of each is pretty slim. I would recommend you start with about three of each.

Just for comparison, the belts I use on every knife are;
-Norton Blaze 50 grit
-Trizact A160
-Trizact A65
-Trizact A45
-Norzon 120
-Norzon 220
-Hermes 400 J/flex

Thanks for the input Bob, I'll consider switching to the Nortons.

Do you think the J flex will be any use on the 2x42?
