Sunday night. The wife is out with her women (I hope) friends. Dinner is a New York steak and baked potato. Hmm, why heat up the whole kitchen oven when I have an EvenHeat. Heats up fast, small space, well insulated, good temperature control, good timer.

A glass of red wine, and ahhhhh.
