Hope no body minds if i chime in here but i own 3 pair of these pants the ones i have are 9oz fabric . They also come in a lightweight version not sure what the weight is on those though great gear i love mine if i had the cash i would buy em in a minute .

They would be fine in the warmer weather.

Similar to 5-11s and other tactical pants. A little lower profile. They don't scream tactical but have a lot of functionality.

I bought them to wear in a school setting but back surgery has put that on hold for a while.
