I just picked up these little lighters and I must say that I'm very impressed. I have purchased the litlle peanut lighters like you see on the bay and at CountyComm before but the thing I don't like about them is the rounded bottoms they all have. These lighters appear to be the same lighter only very slightly bigger around and they have a FLAT bottom. They have replaceable flints and wicks like a Zippo and use the same components, and they are refillable using Ronsonol and the like. The toip screws on with and o-ring so that it seals up and the fluid won't evaporate like it does in a Zippo. Also, when you buy these little lights they come with a neat little spare flint holder(as seen in pics) and extra o-rings. I am very impressed by these little lighters.

Those do look cool; the flat bottom adds a lot. If you don't mine me asking, where did you get them? Can you get them off the net? Thanks -Buck
 
Believe it or not I got them from one of our forum members, but I don't know if I'm allowed to post it in public here without getting in trouble by the Mods...Is it okay to tell everybody where I got them Mods? Oh ya, you won't believe how good a deal they are either.
 
Why not just have everyone that's interested post so and then let the distributor get ahold of them.
 
I'm very interested in picking a few of these up. let's get some info going. ;)

I didn't realize that CC had the flat bottomed lighters, but they do as well, they are just twice as much and then you have to add shipping.

I hear that if you contact board member "Oregon" he knows where to get them. I can't really go any farther than that guys unless the Mods say it's cool.

They are $20 for four of them and that includes shipping and they all come with extra o-rings and the litlle flint holder thingy. You get two brushed chrome and two polished chrome. They are too cheap if you ask me. They could sell for much more, but I'm glad they don't!

Countycomm is selling the flat bottom ones on their new items...
 
I stand corrected, CountyComm does sell them, but they are $10 a piece from CC plus shipping, they are $5 a piece including shipping from the supplier I bought them from who is a BladeForum member.

Unless you're benefiting by the sale, I believe it's okay to post where.
 
Post it, but unless he's a Gold member, he can't offer them for sale here, or respond to requests except by email.

Okay guys, here's where you get them DunnTax@aol.com his name is Steve. Tell him Tolly sent ya. $20 shipped gets you four lighters and flint holders as well as extra o-rings for all of them. In my opinion you just can't beat them, especially for that price.
 
I am not benefiting in any way from his sales, I would just like to see him do well because he is offering a product that a lot of us could use and would like to have. And most importantly, in my opinion, he is doing it for a very reasonable price. You certainly do not have to tell him I sent you.
 
Fantastic! I really would like to have 2 Stainless Steel Peanut Lighters! But the company will not ship outside USA!!! :mad: Talking about missing out on business opportunities!

I've been outed.

I am very pleased that you are happy with your bottle lighters Tolly. I can't tell you how much enjoyment I've gotten from vending the capsule and bottle lighters this summer. I had a positive experience with a group buy of capsule lighters over at CandlePowerforum and several members there asked me to become a dealer in them so I did. It has been alot of fun for me and I am happy to accomodate anyone anywhere.

The aluminum alloy bottle lighters, photo by Tolly, are sold in sets of 4: 2 brushed and 2 shiny chrome finish.
