.......Woke up this morning knowing that whatever happened I had a Friend in high places that would work things out(Rom. 8:28). Also had a two hour delay at school due to icy roads which allowed me to go to breakfast with my wife, son, and niece and actually take my time to enjoy their company and breakfast. Then it was off to school to face a bunch of rowdy 7th graders Of course they were excellent today and before we knew it 3:00 had rolled around Oh, before I forget it the brown truck dropped off a Dozier Trapper for me at school. Just an added BONUS That Trapper has got to have the thickest liners I have ever seen on a folder

For the above I would have to rate my day at the top!!

Cons: I am terminally ill. My pick-up is broke, and my wallet is in the same condition. I have been put on oxygen 24/7. I hate having to walk around the house with a 50' hose in my nose. When I go out to the stores, I now use a wheel chair with an O2 tank 0n the back. If it is a quick trip, I use a cane and carry a small O2 bottle. All in all, a royal pain.
PROs: I have a beautifull wife who loves me a big ol' bunch. Two wonderfull daughters who also love me. I have a Corgi, and a Chihuahua who think I am wonderfull. It was a beautifull bright sunny day today, after several cold wet days. While at Wally World, I got to run my wheel chair over the toes of a very rude nasty teen. (FUN) Above all, I have a God who loves me. What more could I ask for. I voted that I had a Great Day, Better Than Yours!!!!!

Good things happened today:

Promotion! Well, sorta. It's more of a move sideways, but there's a small raise involved.

Haircut turned out well. Talked books & movies with my new hair-cuttin'-goth person of the feminine persuasion.

Had further thoughts on starting a side-project small business. Potentially more income, and at the very least, amusing to ponder. Just getting into Research Mode now.

Bad things that happened today:

My "side"motion means the firing of someone else. He's a nice guy, but by all accounts, he's brought it on himself. Still, I feel a little bit greasy for knowing about it so far in advance (almost a whole week).

Daughter not only out of ICU, but out of the hospital. Wife flying home. Sold a carried CS Recon Tanto on ebay for at least 62.00$ and several more traser glow rings. Bought a fancy Ed Caffrey folder with two types of "jelly roll" Damascus in a partial trade and have several more working.... have to get back to those pretty soon...

My bride is flying home as we speak from LA and we had some good friends stay with us last night.
