I have find, THE salesman.
Indeed, I am in France.
However: My command was absolutely not neglect and treated in 24H, 96,6% of my 58 e-mail obtained answers under 12H thus 75% in less 1H.
The parcel was very well made, clear, solid and dispatch in the mode which I chose.
But the best ! Keith West took part to 50% of the heavy shipping charges for France !! .
whereas the prices of these knives and other articles are already inexpensive !
I removed all these competitors of "my favourites links" to keep only Knives Express and already other commands are on step !... Seriously, that costs anything: make a turn, it are really sympathetic :
