I am a buck fan for life. I sent off a knife i used to carry everyday. It had a bent up clip. It got bent and i tried working it back to shape and made it kinda work correctly but accidently cracked and broke the plastic handle squeezing it with pliers. After that i kept it as a beater knife only. About a year after that i was prying on something and broke the blade. I sent it in a few weeks ago. And wrote a letter with the knife telling them i just wanted it fixed if possible and I'm willing to pay because i abused it. Well I got it back today brand new knife with a hand written letter thanking me for the business and the normal card they give out and a 25% discount card for any of their products. I will be putting my spyderco up for awhile and carrying the buck because of how well they treated me
Absolutely incredible service!!!

I picked up a well used Buck 113 Ranger Skinner and sent it in for sharpening and it came back like new - sharpened, polished, and buffed - razor sharp and not a scratch to be found. Fantastic "spa treatment" for just $5.95.

I have a buck vantage pro getting warranty work right now because of a couple fit and finish issues I hope I experience the same customer service when it is all said and done.

I have a Buck mini spitfire. $25 pocket knife. I dropped into some very fine blow sand which got everywhere. I figured I'd just take it apart and flush it out. No matter what I did, I couldn't get it to go back together properly.

Basically sent in a bag of parts and offered to pay them to reassemble the dang thing for me. Explained what happened and what I did.

Short time later a new knife in the box shows up with a note thanking me, and the coupon. Very impressed and grateful to Buck.
