Very Lame

Hey guys since the subject has been brought up, I guess this is a good place to ask. My best friend from high school joined the USMC and I want to make him a knife. How would I get the knife to him and also would they allow him to have it/carry it? Hope it's not a stupid question but I don't know how that stuff works. Thanks - Rich
 
It depends on his individual command. I don't think there would be a problem with him carrying it at all if it's not a monster of a knife. It should be easy to get it to him through the mail while he is still in the States.
