If you look up the history of Mission Knives you will find that they were at the forefront of SEAL tests back in the 90's. There was much tension between Mission and Mad Dog but if memory serves after the initial "numbered" Mad Dog ATAK knives Mission eventually came out the winner.

Today I am offering 2 knives that are important in the Mission "time line". The orange all polished Titanium proto Ti-10 rescue knife, documented by noted military historian Homer Bret. The other a completely "sterile" and RARE Ti-12

As always complete satisfaction guaranteed. NO FEE PayPal and FREE shipping to 50. Foreign at the agreed upon shipping rate and 4% PP.

Ti-10 (Orange) $600 Ti-12 $500 Both $1000
No trades at this time.

Just to correct some errors .....

Mission was made in a request for an anti-magnetic knife and the titanium fitted the bill. The issue between Mad Dog and Mission was that at the time, Mad Dog ATAK has already passed the selection process and the Mission looks like a direct copy of the ATAK.

BTW, I also have an orange Mission and a few sterile Mission blades.

Never had much taste for Ti knives .... no edge and I don't defuse magnetic mines this side :-)

Kind regards

Aubrey
