Vesper by Mark Varga

The clip rides at the perfect depth. When I draw the Vesper my finger is right on the flipper spur. My closest is the ZT0801. However it rides lower and has to be adjusted in hand before firing.
 
Congrats Leatherman! Looks like you are thoroughly enjoying your new toy. You couldn't have bought it from a nicer guy either.

Hot DAMN Mark, what's up with that gorgeous satin finish on the blade?
And yep, that clip is an amazingly great touch. A project or your PC?
 
Aw shucks. Thanks for te comments. It's sooo frustrating trying to keep a finish like that looking good that I don't think I'll do many more. To me, the most user friendly combo is an orange peel on the titanium (amazing how durable orange peel is) and a stonewashed blade which hides scraches well.

I get such a kick from seeing pictures from you guys! Much appreciated!
 
My plan from last year was to aquire a Farid K2 as my favorite steak knife. The Vesper fills this role perfectly.

Mark's books are closed. However, once he catches up he will be selling as he finishes each knife on his Instagram page @vargaknives. At least that's what he told me the plan was a few months back.
Not sure how exactly he's going to do it...... Lottery? Auction? FCFS?
