I want to thank all veterans past, present, and future for the sacrifices they have made. As a vet myself I feel it is our duty as veterans to remind people of why they live in freedom.
 
I too wish to thank all Veterans, past, present and furtre for all that you have given in order for me to be free. God bless each and everyone of you. THANK YOU with all my heart.

I still don't see how Veterans are honored when the USPS does not deliver my mail, but that is neither here nor there.

My thanks and prayers go out to all who served, are serving, their families and loved ones.

My future son in law is marching in the Veterans Day Parade in NYC with the Bangor Slaters Marching Band from PA, as has my Daughter for the last 4 years.

We've gone every year except this year:(, (Doctors appointment) to pay our respects, they put on a great show every year.

Say thank you to a Vet and give 'em a hug to show your gratitude it's the least we can do.

As civilians we owe a huge debt of grattitude to "our" :confused: Vets!!!
 
Big thanks to all of you who serve! I'm a vet too, and it was well worth it to serve. With all the political antics that go on, it's still an awesome country we live in!

I didn't go to any parade today, but as I was out walking this afternoon, I saw one lone Army truck coming up the road. I gave him a big wave, and he hit the horn as he passed me.
 
I had an older(mid-60's?) Navy Veteran in my cab today.I said "Happy Veterans Day Sir! & Thank You for serving!"He said "You're very welcome young man". "I just wish I was young enough,so I can go back & do it again."
