Hi everyone Im getting ready to wire this VFD http://dealerselectric.com/item.asp?cID=&PID=394 The unit says it takes 200-240 volt input single phase. But only has input for 1 hot, 1 nuetral, 1 ground? Im scratching my head here because 220 is 2 hot, 1 nuetral, 1 ground. Any one have any experience with these?

Thanks for your reply silver. So you capped off the neutral. Is this a typical practice I have never heard of this.

Yep, I just capped off the neutral. The neutral is just that; it's not active unless needed. So if your equipment doesn't need the neutral, you can cap it off. Your VFD shuld just need both hits and the ground. It can probably also take 3-phase input, but my bet is that you don't have three phase input.
