Vg10 vs CoS

My F1 Pro in CoS steel is crazy sharp. It's still shaving hair after I've been slicing stuff for a few months in the yard, although I haven't used it to baton or anything. I can't compare to the other two, but CoS is pretty good so far.
 
Simple answer? OK then you will get all kinds of answers for what they are worth. Have fun sorting them out.
 
Haha I didn't mean that in a smart ass way but your right either way.. what would your scientific answer be? I don't understand all the components in steel and what they do so that won't help me much if that's what u mean.. then again maybe it will I just don't know if I'd understand it if that's even what u meant
 
Lam cos is my favorite steel n has been since I got my volcano a few yrs ago. Holds a great edge sharpens up quick n easy n strops up to laser sharp.
