Vic Rangergrip Scale Swap?

I want to swap scales between two Victorinox Rangergrips I recently purchased. I did watch one YouTube video about the process (from Ukraine? and not in English) and the guy had so much trouble getting the scales back on securely using two different vices that it made me think twice about whether it was a good idea to even try it. I'm not what you'd call "handy" and have no experience doing such things--I certainly don't want to ruin either or both sets of handle scales. Can anyone offer any tips as to what I'll encounter and need to do (e.g. dealing with the shield lock button)? OR can you offer a reliable SAK modder to contact who can make the swap for me? Thanks for any help you can provide.
